Springboard - Improve your job prospects - Places Available!

Springboard provides funded 3rd level courses which will help you improve your job prospects.
All courses are part-time, allowing you to keep your social protection supports and making it easier for those with families and responsibilities.
To be eligible for a place on a Springboard course you must:
- be in receipt of 1 of the following Department of Social Protection payments for a period prior to the course start date:
- Jobseeker's Benefit payment or
- Jobseeker's Allowance payment or
- One Parent Family Allowance payment
or
- be signing for social insurance contribution credits for a period prior to the course start date and
- have a previous history of employment and
- be actively seeking and available to take up employment
Applicants must be unemployed at the time of starting a Springboard course must be in receipt of one of the above. Receipt of any of the following will also be taken into account:
- disability allowance
- back to education allowance (BTEA)
- back to work enterprise allowance (BTWEA)
- VTOS training allowance
- FAS training allowance
